Because of my love for the outdoors, it's no wonder I found my home in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area.

My favorite pastimes, besides writing, are traveling, camping, and hiking. Whenever we get the chance, my husband and I take our camper to explore. We hope to visit every National Park and State Park in the United States, in search of inspiration and beauty.

Did I ever dream of becoming a multiple award-winning author in the United States? I sure didn't. That seemed far beyond my reach. Receiving such honor is incredible.

​For the last 24 years, Ramcy and her husband have lived in the Pacific Northwest. Their two sons live close by.
